[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 12 months.

[Cost Details]
Deposit one, pay one. If you breach the contract after booking the property, the deposit cannot be refunded.

[Apartment Regulations]
1. After paying the deposit, a suitable accommodation will be matched for the student within 7 business days. If the match is unsuccessful, a refund will be issued within 3 business days.
2. IPA must be provided before moving in.
3. Air conditioning cleaning will be conducted every three months (students need to keep the receipt).
4. Students need to fill in the guarantor information.

The room is furnished and tidy.

[Geographical Location]
The apartment is located near western schools such as Curtin.
