The Parc Condominium is a beautiful condominium development that has many charms to it. There are various facilities that residents can enjoy while living in The Parc Condominium. Residents of The Parc Condominium would not have to travel far to get their basic necessities as everything is close within their reach. Residents can enjoy the lap pool, spa pool, barbeque area, gymnasium, fitness station and Jacuzzi. There is a number of public transportation close to The Parc Condominium that residents can make use of. The closest MRT station to the condominium is Clementi MRT. The closest bus stops are located at Clementi Stadium, Tanglin Secondary School, Tien Wah Press Building, Clementi Flyober and NTUC FairPrice. For those with vehicles, the shopping district located at Orchard Road can be easily accessed via Holland Road, Ayer Rajah Expressway and Tanglin Road in 15 to 20 minutes.
[Apartment Features] The furniture is complete and the apartment is located near National University of Singapore/Curtin. [Apartment regulations] 1) Water and electricity are shared equally with other tenants every month, with fixed internet and cleaning fees. The internet fee is S $12/month, and the cleaning fee is S$20/month (if it is very dirty, an additional fee is required). One month deposit+200 SGD water and electricity deposit. 2) The room cannot be sublet, outsiders cannot be brought in, and smoking or noise are not allowed in the room, which may cause complaints from neighbors and roommates. 3) The doors and windows inside the room and the bathroom should be gently pulled and pushed, without using brute force; Washing and drying machines should be used carefully according to the instructions; Maintain a clean public location and interior of the room, such as damaged facilities in the public location, blocked bathrooms or toilets, etc. If the parties cannot be found, all tenants in the apartment will bear the resulting costs. Tenants are required to send pictures and videos of the interior of the room as a check-out reference within 10 days of check-in. If there is any damage to objects inside the personal room after 10 days, the tenant shall bear the repair costs incurred as a result. 4) Air conditioning cleaning is done every three months, at a cost of S $30 each time. If you have lived for more than one year (including one year), chemical cleaning is done once a year, at a cost of S$90. 5) The entire set can accommodate up to 6 people, including both male and female students, and there may also be quiet workers, with priority given to students. 6) After midnight, a night service fee of S$200 per person is required for check-in. 7) After check-in, the rent will be paid quarterly. It is best to transfer the rent in Singapore currency or pay in cash. It is recommended to prepare it in advance. 8) Reservation deposit: (determined based on the selected property)+Water and electricity deposit of 200 SGD/person+Rent deposit/person (the amount is one month's rent) 9) Check out cleaning fee: S$80/time for master room, S$50/time for regular room 10) Tenants should pay attention to keeping the apartment door card and key safe. If the door card or key is lost, they must pay 200 Singapore dollars to replace it, or unlock or replace the lock. To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to provide passport, IPA/STP, and flight information (if not available, it can be supplemented later). The contract will be signed during check-in.
