[Apartment Lease Period]
The minimum lease term is six months.

Direct rental of cooperative apartments does not require intermediary fees.
The security deposit is equivalent to two months' rent.

[Apartment Regulations]
1. Smoking and drinking are prohibited at all times within the apartment.
2. A maximum of two visitors are allowed per day, and they must leave by 12 a.m. Overnight stays are not permitted for visitors. 
3. A written notice must be given one month prior to moving out; otherwise, the entire security deposit will be forfeited. Failure to fulfill the lease term will result in the forfeiture of one month's deposit and the remaining full accommodation fee.

The apartment is near the Beauty World MRT station.
