[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 12 months.

[Cost Details]
Direct rental of cooperative apartments does not require intermediary fees.
The deposit is equivalent to one month's rent, and after signing the contract, the deposit will automatically be converted into a security deposit. The security deposit cannot be used as rent and will be fully refunded after the lease term, provided there are no damages or compensations.  
The rent includes the cost of internet, and the cost of water and electricity is shared equally.

[Apartment Requirements]  
1. Tenants are obligated to clean the air conditioner in the room every three months, with a cleaning fee of 45 SGD per quarter.   
2. Smoking indoors is not allowed. If violated, a chemical cleaning fee for the air conditioner of 150 SGD will be charged upon check-out.  
3. Cooking is allowed in the kitchen, but not in the room.  
4. Indoor potted plants are prohibited; please keep the room dry and ensure no stagnant water. Pets are not allowed.   
5. Students are required to send the latest status of their student ID to the apartment management each month during the lease term. 

[Apartment Features]
The apartment is equipped with a swimming pool and a gym.  
5 Bed 2 Bath, fully furnished, ready to move in.

[Geographical Location]
It takes 7-8 minutes to walk to the subway station and 2 minutes to the bus stop.  
The apartment is located near Kaplan/Amity/PSB/JCU.
