[Apartment Lease Period]
The shortest lease term is 6 months.

[Fee Details] 
Direct rental of cooperative apartments does not require intermediary fees.
Confirmation of the room requires payment of one month's deposit and the first month's rent.

[Rent Includes] 
- Rent includes utilities up to SGD 80 per person per month; any excess will be evenly split by tenants. 
- Wifi 
- Twice monthly cleaning of common areas. 
- WhatsApp support group for tenants from Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

[Apartment Information] 
- Each apartment has 5 to 6 rooms, accommodating 6-8 people at most. 
- Each room can accommodate 1-2 people unless otherwise noted. 
- Tenants may only have occasional visitors from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., no overnight stays for non-tenants.  
- Light cooking is allowed. (Cooking tenants share the cost of gas canisters; no cooking after 10 p.m.) 
- Refrigerator, microwave, and stove provided. 
- Washing machine available. (No washing after 10 p.m.) 
- Apartments have 1 to 2 shared bathrooms unless otherwise stated, master bedrooms have private bathrooms. 
- Smoking/pets are not allowed.
- All tenants must maintain cleanliness and tidiness in common areas. 
- Except for footwear and cookware, tenants can choose to place their personal and valuable items, which should be stored in their own rooms, in designated areas at their discretion. The landlord will not be responsible for any loss of items.
- Light stir-frying is permitted, but no deep frying. Each person must clean up after cooking. 
- Hygiene inspections are conducted twice a month, and rooms must be kept clean.

[Additional Services] 
- Four cleans per month for SGD 105. 
- For only SGD 500, include airport pickup, a 1-month data card, four monthly cleanings, assistance with bank card setup, and checkout service provided by the apartment.

[Geographical Location]
The apartment is located near SIM/NTU/NUS. 

The pictures and videos are reference images for the same residential unit type, and the actual room occupied shall prevail. If you need further information, please contact the consultant teacher.
