[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 6 months.

[Cost Details]
Direct rental of cooperative apartments does not require intermediary fees, and the deposit for breach of contract after booking the property is non refundable.

[Apartment Regulations]
1. After paying the deposit, a suitable accommodation will be matched for the student within 7 business days. If the match is unsuccessful, a refund will be issued within 3 business days.
2. IPA must be provided before moving in.
3. Air conditioning cleaning will be conducted every three months (students need to keep the receipt).
4. Students need to fill in the guarantor information.
