[Apartment Regulations]
1. The minimum lease term is six months, with a deposit equivalent to two months' rent.
2. Each single room allows one direct family member to stay for free for up to 3 nights per month. If there is a need for a stay beyond 3 nights, an additional fee of 50 SGD per night will be charged.
3. A termination notice form must be submitted at least two months before moving out.
4. Smoking and pets are prohibited.
5. A fine of 50 SGD will be imposed if an access card is lost.

1. Rent includes utilities such as water, electricity, internet, and gas.
2. Free laundry service.
3. High-speed WIFI.
4. 24-hour hotline service.
5. Cleaning service three times a week.
6. Bed linen set (including a sheet, pillow, and pillowcase), microwave, kettle, refrigerator, induction cooker, rice cooker, and air fryer are provided. A TV lounge and dining table are available in the common area for studying, dining, and socializing.
7. 24-hour security, swimming pool, and gym.
