Condo charges (compulsory)
a. Registration fee$168 (Non-refundable)
b.Rental Fee (Based on the room type and leasing period, 6 month/12 month, full-payment)
c. Deposit, based on type of room, 1 month rental fee as deposit (refundable)
d.S$500 deposit for utilities, based on monthly expense and refund the rest when the contract expired.
e.Remarks: Rental fee is inclusive of 7% GST, however, utility charge such as water, electricity and cable fee is not

Option Airport Pick up Service
a.Option 1: $110 Airport pick up, any additional passenger is chargeable at $50 per passenger.
b.Option 2: $320 Airport pick up, inclusive of local escort to clinic for medical checkup, ICA, school, bank and purchase
of daily necessities.
c.Once you have confirmed your reservation, you have to pay 1-month rental as deposit, and attached passport copy, IPA
and accommodation registration fee receipt on application form.
