Hub Atlanta is a newly built luxury student housing in Atlanta. Established in 2023, it offers a warm, comfortable, and convenient living environment, especially for students of the Georgia Institute of Technology and those of neighbouring universities. The Hub Atlanta has various apartment types catering to single occupancy and those wishing to share with friends or classmates.


There are studio, 1B, 2B, 3B, 4B, 5B, and 6B apartments. All rooms come fully furnished and are ready for immediate move-in. They have a comfortable bed, study desk and chair, ample storage space for clothing and personal belongings, and adequate lighting. In addition to the basic furnishings, we also provide Wi-Fi access throughout the building. The shared facilities of the Hub on Campus Atlanta include an access control system, secure gated parking, a bike storage area, a fully equipped gym, a refreshing swimming pool, a yoga room, a designated barbecue area, a game area, a printing zone, a quiet study room, and a pet park. Atlanta Hub also provides pet bathing services and efficient courier collection services.


Situated in Midtown, Hub Atlanta Ga is a five-minute bike ride from the Georgia Institute of Technology, making the daily commute effortless. Georgia State University can be reached by bus in 11 minutes. Airport Station is around the student housing in Atlanta, which only takes 4 minutes to walk here. The station is served by the Gold Line, which operates between Doraville and Airport stations and runs through Doraville, Chamblee, Brookhaven, Atlanta, East Point, and College Park. The Red Line operates between North Springs and Airport stations, traveling through Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Atlanta, East Point, and College Park. The Hub Atlanta Apartments is conveniently encircled by various restaurants, such as the Vortex Bar & Grill, Cypress Street Pint & Plate, and the Consulate Restaurant, all within a short walking distance. Publix Super Market, L & M Market, and Savi Provisions provide convenience and a good shopping experience. There are also drugstores around Hub Atlanta, such as CVS and Capsule, which are a 10-minute walk.

Cancellation Policy

Details

No cancellations allowed. Once application is approved, the screening is completed and the lease is signed, all parties – including the tenant and the property – are bound by the terms of the lease agreement. Residents do have the option of reletting their bed space by finding another resident to take-over the lease term on their behalf. That individual would need to meet the same qualifying criteria and would sign a new lease with the community, taking the place of the cancelled lease. Transferring the lease may have additional fees determined by the apartment management. The above information is for reference only and may be varied at delivery.

Subletting Policy

All residents have the option of reletting their bed space if they do not plan on occupying their bed space at that time. Reletting requires the individual taking over the bed space to go through the same screening process as all other residents and signing a new lease agreement with the community in order to take over the lease for the remainder of the term. This ensures that all residents living on site meet the same qualification standards. It may have additional fees determined by the apartment management.
