It feels quite good, and the environment and facilities are nice.

The location is great, but the service on the apartment side is lacking.

Rent prices fluctuate greatly, the facilities are relatively old, the sound insulation of the room is poor, the master bedroom has inadequate ventilation, and only the location is relatively good.

It's not very safe; there are homeless people sleeping in the stairwell. The stove is gas, not electric. The leasing office is extremely unresponsive, taking ages to reply to emails with a terrible attitude, and to this day the deposit check is still missing. Finally, be cautious about sharing a rental; the barefoot have nothing to fear from those wearing shoes; you never know what reason a roommate might have for suddenly disappearing.
