The place is neither far nor close; it takes about 10 to 20 minutes to get anywhere, but it's not really that far. The facilities here in the U.S. are also like this, the internet in the apartment is aging and often disconnects, and even when we ask for repairs, it doesn't help much. Plus, the elevator only goes to the second floor and is very slow, which is a serious drawback.

The apartment corridor always smells of feces, and only during the days when it's for rent do they try to ventilate and get rid of the smell. The first-floor security door is practically useless; it opens with just a pull. The rest is fine, and the maintenance team works very hard.

The entire rented apartment in the United States is generally unfurnished, that is, beds, sofas, and tables are generally not available, because Americans adhere to the principle of clean move-in. clean move-out. But kitchen appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, stoves, etc. are generally complete. There are various ways to buy furniture. You can buy some second-hand furniture through IKEA, target, etc., or contact seniors and sisters. Very cost-effective.

What is the lease form for this apartment? What is a Joint lease (joint lease)?

This apartment is rented out as a whole, that is, Joint leases, which means "joint lease". That is to say, several roommates sign a joint contract for renting a house together, and everyone has full payment responsibility for the room. If you are alone and want to sign a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house, you have to sign the whole thing, or wait until you have roommates to sign together. At the same time, if you live in a house under a joint lease and your roommate moves out suddenly, the apartment will also pursue the full rent from you if the apartment cannot contact your roommate.
