Addison Arts Apartments welcomes Berkeley’s first locally owned co-working space located on the first level of the building. The Office boasts 6,000 square feet of flexible work spaces—ranging from cafe seating complete with ambient noise and artisan coffee to fully enclosed glass offices for teams of any size.
