The room is very new and in a great location.

Very good, the environment in all aspects is great, and it is very close to the workplace. Shopping around is also very convenient, I really like it.

The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance to schools, supermarkets, shopping malls, and art galleries. The facilities in the apartment are brand new, with complete appliances including a microwave, oven, induction cooker, range hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, and television. The bathroom equipment is excellent, and the mirror cabinet can store a lot of daily necessities. The studio space is very spacious.
