The Bon contains 451 beds and 17 floors. There are 3 types of the rooms with Wi-Fi, which are studio, 1B1B and 2B1B. In the bedroom, specially, there contains the bed with built-in under bed storage, which makes it convenient for the residents to save the storage space. Besides, the modern kitchen is equipped with a full set of kitchen facilities, including stoves, built-in refrigerators, microwave ovens, ovens, and dishwashing. Moreover, the Bon student housing provides a variety of amenities for the students. The in-apartment gym and the Yoga Studio meet residents' fitness needs. Furthermore, the shared study room provides space for the students to study together, and there is also a conference room inside the apartment.
