1107 Wertland Street, Charlottesville

The Marshall House, circa 1892, is a beautiful example of historic Wertland Street's turn of the century architecture. The house contains four fully modernized apartments within two blocks of the UVA Corner, UVA Grounds, and the UVA Medical Center.
