Less than a mile from Maple Court, residents who live in our Chicago Hyde Park apartment can find Gwendolyn Brooks Park and Chicago’s Lakeside Trail, an active community park that plays movies in the park during the summer. The lakeside trail is an 18-mile walk that spans a few blocks, and you can run, walk, bike, or roller skate along the waters of Lake Michigan.
