The Quarters at Columbia, Columbia MO

The Quarters at Columbia offers students the perfect on-site amenities and proximity to Mizzou. Whether you want to live alone or with a few friends, moving into your new apartment has never been easier. Here at The Quarters you can walk into your own off-campus apartment and know that the hard part is already done for you – your appliances are ready to go and your furniture is set up! Once you are moved in, get to know your new roommates and neighbors by challenging them to a game in our indoor basketball court, relaxing in our hot tub, or shooting some pool in our game room.
We are currently offering an extremely limited number of short-term leases (ending in December or May) for prospects for this fall. If a person chooses a short-term lease agreement, they DO NOT qualify for additional specials or promotions. Additionally, there is a monthly premium attached to the rent.
