Greenhaus, Davis

Greenhaus, a collection of beautiful and energy-efficient apartments. This project will advance the University Research Park footprint by adding a residential component along with office and research space opportunities. Four buildings of ground floor office with 160 residential units above will frame a central pool amenity designed for the residents. The landscape design will create a private oasis for the people who live onsite. Onsite fitness will be available for the residents as well as plenty of communal gathering places within the project for residents to collide.
