A few Garage Spaces have charging ports. There is no extra cost to those Garages, but the Resident does pay for what they use to charge their vehicle. I am unable to provide the exact number of what it costs to charge a vehicle but I can see if I can get that information and I will reach out to you once I do.

No, all of our homes has central heating & A/C. One thermostat located in the living room controls the entire home.

Standard ($70) are spots further away from the building. Reserved ($100) are close to the buildings. Garage ($130) are one-car indoor garages.

The value for money is decent, there are relatively few cases of arbitrary charges, and the property management staff are on duty every day. The supermarket is within walking distance, only about 10 minutes away, and there are facilities like a swimming pool, gym, and lounge.

Soundproofing is average; there is quite a bit of noise at night from outside, you can hear trucks on the road even if it's rare that it's directly facing the street. The property management responds promptly, but they do love issuing fines.

On the first day I moved in, I kept smelling a bad odor, and later found a dead mouse under the oven... Then water leaked from upstairs and broke the bathroom light bulb. I submitted a maintenance request, but it still wasn’t fixed after nearly three months, so I had to use the bathroom in the dark for three months. There were also a bunch of cockroaches in the room, and no one dealt with them... This apartment also finds all kinds of ways to fine you... But the location is good, and it’s very close to everything.

The common areas and gym are very clean, and the property is equipped with a parking lot and bicycle storage. If you have a car, you can simply rent a parking space at the apartment. There is also a 24-hour laundry center and 24/7 package lockers, making daily life very convenient.
