The apartment is a new building located in JSQ, with complete facilities such as the quiet study room on the second floor, recreational facilities on the third floor, and leisure space on the rooftop, etc. The interior is equipped with air conditioning and a washer-dryer system for convenient living. It is not far from the PATH station, making it easy to get to Manhattan.
I’ve had a generally positive experience living here. The location is good and the management/front desk staff are friendly and helpful. It’s definitely a good value for the area. However, the construction quality feels a bit 'sketchy' at times—I’ve had to have my AC and microwave repaired multiple times already. If you don’t mind a few maintenance calls, it’s a solid place to live.
Everything is good, but the soundproofing is a bit poor.
