The room's video photos are misleading; the video shows it as unoccupied, while in reality, the room is in an occupied state. The guest room was not adequately cleaned before check-in. The property clearly lacks maintenance, with the wooden cabinet having a rotten wood odor and other defects. Although the management addressed the issues after being informed, their attitude towards the handling was poor, and the guests were perceived as being overly picky. The WiFi occasionally has issues where it is unusable. The neighbors are noisy. All residents of the entire apartment share one washing machine. There are many homeless people around, and the streets are dirty and smelly. Overall, it was quite disappointing.
