There are two types of rooms in Legacy Apartments LA: 2B and 3B. 2B have two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. 3B has one more bedroom and bathroom compared to 2B. The room types include walk-in closets, a gas stove, air conditioning, a microwave, a storage room, an indoor washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a bathtub. In the bathroom, there is a spacious cabinet under the wash basin. It is convenient for the student to store some supplies in it. In this building, there are 2 communal areas in this apartment. Bike Storage, Covered Parking in this building. Legacy Apartments also provide Gym, Heated lap, SPA rooms for the students to use and enjoy the time with their friends. A fully equipped fitness centre with a wide range of machines and cardio equipment to enable residents to have a comprehensive fitness workout. For the outdoor features, the building provide courtyard and sundeck. There is WiFi and reception in apartment and ensuring safety and providing some basic services for the residents. Also, EV charging stations are provided in the building.
