Also, the apartment is equipped with a variety of modern kitchen appliances, including dishwasher, oven, sink, microwave, electric range, and some cabinets. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bathtub, large mirror, towel, and chair. The bedrooms are equipped with a comfortable bed, a pillow, and a quilt. A large wardrobe, a mirror, a bedside table, and a table lamp. There are two shared communities for the residents. They are the laundry room and the study room. Also, some rooms are equipped with a balcony, rooftop, and courtyard.

Transport
Victory House East benefits from its proximity to some bus stations; the bus stations are Hoover / 28th, Hoover / 30th. The student only needs to walk for 8 minutes to reach the station. Also, the LATTC/Ortho Institute and Jefferson / USC are the two closest light rail way station nearby the building. The University of Southern California is an 11-minute walk from the housing or 2 minutes drive.
