Apartment Highlights: • The community is very good; I quickly got to know many excellent Chinese classmates here. It's very convenient to gather on the rooftop occasionally, and everyone is very friendly, which is heartwarming in a foreign country. • The apartment handles issues quickly and conveniently, with timely email replies and efficient maintenance; they usually address issues on the same day or by the next morning.
