we’re proud to present the newest addition to the USC student housing community: Element. These brand new 2-story spacious townhomes, located on the North side of the USC campus, offer a new standard in luxury. Perfectly located just a short walk from the Row and a few blocks from campus. Element offers private bedrooms or shared bedrooms in all townhomes. Each bedroom has its own lease. All townhomes feature individual remote controlled AC units, washer and dryer inside the units, cutting edge modern finishes: stone counters, hardwood floors, and stainless steel appliances. Top of line amenities include fully-furnished units, a pool, fitness center, high speed internet and satellite. Internet fee included in rent. Apartments come furnished with a section sofa, coffee table, and chairs in the common area; each bedroom comes furnished with two beds, two desks, and two chairs. A TV is included only in the living room.
