Each entrance / exit is equipped with a safe and secure surveillance camera with a secure, locked entrance to ensure the safety of your residence while in Saxony apartment.

Answer: The suites are all equipped with furniture: bed, desk, light book, chair, cupboard, blinds, cable socket, large wardrobe.
Refrigerator, stove oven, microwave, dishwasher.

2. What does the apartment rent include?
A: The rent includes water, heating, cooking gas, high-speed internet, and garbage disposal. No electricity

3. What are the apartment facilities?
A: There are 8 floors in the apartment, including laundry room, resident manager, maintenance team

4. Must the lease period be 12 months?
A: The apartment rental period is relatively flexible, with Academic leases (9 1/2) and Semester leases (12) available

5. Can the apartment keep pets?
Answer: Pets are not allowed in the apartment
