The Park Merced apartment and townhouse community was established in 1944 (recently refurbished) and provides 3221 units with 14 floors. Park Merced offers a variety of independent bathroom suites, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units, with various types of units. From the apartment, you can have unobstructed views of the San Francisco skyline and the Pacific Ocean. Our townhouses are spacious two-storey buildings with direct access to the backyard green space and terraces of the community from the back door. There are various supporting facilities in the community, including business rooms, gymnasiums, and residents' activity rooms; there are also outdoor barbecue equipment, beach volleyball, children's amusement parks and special dog walking areas.
