In this case, whether it is the apartment lease or the website description, it is generally not called rent, but 12 month installation, which means 12 monthly installments. In order to facilitate the management of the apartment, the rent of the month is paid on the 1st of each month or in advance. A late fee may be incurred if it is later than the specified time of the apartment. For details, please refer to the relevant terms of the contract.
