We don't just rent apartments. From the moment you walk through the front door you'll feel the comfort that makes our residents happy to call us home. Cutting edge amenities, meticulously-groomed grounds, and a dedicated staff contributes to a higher standard of living. Convenient shopping, award-winning schools, local museums and parks are all close at hand, with sponsored activities to develop new hobbies while getting to know your neighbors.

*Phase 2 is only one building, and has multiple elevators. It also doesn't require a keycard to take the elevator, just the building itself will. Currently the Leasing Office is going to remain in Phase 1, but is a very close walk from Phase 2. Phase 2 will have electronic door locks, same as Phase 1.

Trailside Phase II FAQs

Do I need to swipe my key card to take the elevator?

The elevator itself doesn't require a keycard, just the building does to enter.

Is there security on site?

We do have on-site security after office hours, they roam the property overnight.
