The Catalyst apartment was built in 2013 and is a four-storey apartment with a total of 130 units. The apartment is located in the south of the FSU campus. It is a five-minute walk to the school, a fifteen-minute walk to the school library, a three-minute walk to the bus station, and restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment is fully equipped with facilities, including a swimming pool, two-story gym, yoga room, study room and entertainment room. All rooms are equipped with access control, which is safe and secure. The rooms are equipped with furniture, beds, sofas, TVs, tables and chairs. In addition, all room types are equipped with an indoor washer-dryer
