It is not far from the University of Adelaide, and the nearby environment is quite nice, located in the central business district. The high-rise views are great, allowing me to see planes taking off and landing, and it is not very noisy—the sound insulation is quite good. Nearby is Chinatown, and I can reach the city center by tram in just two stops. There are also many bus stops, making it very convenient and quick. Yes, Y Suites City Gardens is a Purpose-Built Student Accommodation and only the students are allowed to live here. Whether you are a full-time students, doing an internship/placement year, or taking an part-time course, we all welcome.
What does the rent cover?
The rent of the property covers all utility bills including electricity, water, gas and high speed Wi-Fi internet fees, as well as the events that Y Suites City Gardens provided.
