Before the start of the semester, I moved into a student apartment recommended by Yixiang Good Residence. It is not far from the University of Adelaide, and the nearby environment is quite nice, located in the central business district. The high-rise views are great, allowing me to see planes taking off and landing, and it is not very noisy—the sound insulation is quite good. Nearby is Chinatown, and I can reach the city center by tram in just two stops. There are also many bus stops, making it very convenient and quick. Soon, I will start my study abroad journey, and I hope everything goes smoothly.
The housing situation is acceptable, but the refund of the apartment cleaning fee is very opaque. Do not stay in this apartment. The issues with the cleaning fee and CBS have not been addressed directly. The staff may not have the ability to intervene in matters here in Australia. However, do not stay in this apartment. The apartment has financial issues; they overcharged me over three hundred dollars in rent, and finally charged me over seven hundred dollars for the cleaning fee, while reporting to CBS that the cleaning fee was over three hundred dollars, but that was after deducting the extra rent I paid. The apartment is unwilling to refund the extra rent I paid and wants to withhold rent by overcharging for the cleaning fee.

Large packages are directly placed at the front desk and are very safe. The rent is also quite reasonable, I especially like it.
