I lived at Accolade On Gray for a while, and the overall experience was very good. The apartment is in a very convenient location, with public transportation, supermarkets, and dining options nearby, making daily life very hassle-free. The room itself is relatively new, with complete furniture and appliances, and facilities such as the kitchen and washing machine are also very convenient to use. The soundproofing and overall living environment are quite good, and it is relatively quiet at night. The common areas are also kept fairly clean, and the staff respond promptly. Overall, the living experience is comfortable and it is quite suitable for students looking for long-term accommodation.
The soundproofing is pretty good, but the apartment is very average, the service isn’t great, and they randomly deduct from the bond fee. Anyway, I don’t recommend living here. I hope everyone can choose somewhere else; the facilities aren’t very good either, and not everyone can participate in the activities.
The accommodation environment is very good. This is the house carefully picked for me by Teacher Zhu Ace. It is very quiet, with a great view, and I am very satisfied! The house is on the 10th floor at the corner. Other than needing to walk a lot, there are no other drawbacks. Unlike before, where I could always hear the elevator and the voices of people coming out of it since it was next to the elevator. There's an Iga supermarket nearby, and shopping is relatively convenient. Moreover, I live alone, so buying some instant noodles or rice at Iga is enough for me. In addition, it's also very close to China Macau/New Ocean University Campus, and I can walk there. There are also many activities; I just signed up for their activities after moving in.

The room also has excellent sound insulation, so residents’ schedules do not disturb one another, providing a quiet environment for daily rest and self-study. The front desk service is responsive, and matters such as deposit processing and payment inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. Its location is close to the city center, making commuting convenient. It is very suitable for international students in Adelaide looking for long-term accommodation, and I would recommend it to students coming here to study.

Yes, Y Suites City Gardens is a Purpose-Built Student Accommodation and only the students are allowed to live here. Whether you are a full-time students, doing an internship/placement year, or taking an part-time course, we all welcome.

What does the rent cover?

The rent of the property covers all utility bills including electricity, water, gas and high speed Wi-Fi internet fees, as well as the events that Y Suites City Gardens provided.

Can I bring pets to Y Suites City Gardens?

While we love pets, we regret to inform you that pets are not allowed in the accommodation area.
