Awesome! Much better than expected! Just like the previous houses I looked at, it's super close to the school and surrounded by shopping districts. So refreshing!
The internet speed is super fast and can connect five devices. The front desk staff is also very nice, and it's super close to the shopping street and school. Highly recommended 👌🏻

The house is conveniently located, surrounded by complete living facilities, and the interior is clean and tidy with good lighting and ventilation. The landlord is friendly and responsible, communication is smooth, and the experience of moving in is very satisfactory. The overall cost-performance ratio is high, highly recommended.

The room is well-equipped, with a large desk, ample storage space, and a complete set of kitchen utensils, including a range hood, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and refrigerator; the bathroom has a separation between dry and wet areas; it was also cleaned very well upon check-in. The downside is that although the wardrobe is tall, only half of it is available for hanging clothes, while the other half consists of small compartments that can only store clothes folded; the showerhead in the bathroom is fixed and cannot be removed or replaced with a filtered showerhead; the window is not large, and there is a tall building opposite, so the view from a low floor is not great, but in the morning, some sunlight does reach the bed.
