The elevators at Accolade on Moore are often under maintenance, and the apartment also maliciously withholds deposits. One month after I moved out, they unreasonably deducted 200 yuan from my deposit. Later, they emailed to explain that it was for replacing the window opener. When I asked the apartment management to provide photos, the photos they provided showed that everything was normal, and in the end they canceled the deposit deduction. This is not an isolated case—there are many complaints about this apartment on Xiaohongshu (RedNote). Please avoid it. They even deduct 250 yuan for absurd reasons like hair getting stuck in a chair. It is extremely outrageous. After forcibly charging a $220 cleaning fee, they still deducted more money because of hair. What exactly is the cleaning fee for?
Great location, close to the school. It’s convenient for getting to campus, and there are also many Chinese restaurants and Asian supermarkets nearby. Food, clothing, housing, and transportation are all quite convenient. There is access control, so it’s also relatively safe!!!
