Academie House is one of our smaller boutique properties conveniently located next to the Australian National University (ANU) campus, students are able to access the university facilities as well as enjoy the close proximity to the Canberra CBD. This property is one street from the campus however directly opposite University Avenue which is the main pathway to access the entire campus.
Academie House consists of 90 fully furnished studio apartments. These studios are perfect for university students as they are furnished with study desks, internet connection, kitchenettes and reverse cycle air-conditioning. Comfortable living in a study friendly environment!
With public transport right on the doorstep to Academie House, students are able to travel comfortably and conveniently to nearby shops, restaurants and entertainment venues.
