The room is very large and close to the subway station, quite nice. It has a private bathroom and kitchen, with a microwave and a large TV. Utilities, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating are included, and the air conditioning temperature can be adjusted by yourself. The windows of the room are very large, letting in plenty of sunlight. In winter, the room is also very warm for me because it gets so much sunlight; I don’t need to turn on the air conditioning for heating. There is an enormous amount of storage space, with plenty of cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom, and the wardrobe layout is also very good. The bed frame can be lifted hydraulically, with a large storage space underneath for luggage. Right across from the apartment is Redfern train station, but it’s completely quiet. It’s about a ten-minute walk to USYD. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to UTS. Woolworths and the Asian supermarket are less than a 5-minute walk away, very convenient. There are also many public spaces in the apartment, including a cinema, gym, open kitchen, study room, conference room, music room, game room, and so on.

The independent kitchen and bathroom allow for cooking by myself, and it's within walking distance to the school and nearby supermarkets. Utilities including water, electricity, and internet are all included. Communication with the consultant in Chinese posed no difficulties, which is a good option for students new to studying abroad.
It's really awesome! The train station is just downstairs, and there's a Chinese supermarket nearby where you can basically buy anything you want. The transportation is super convenient! Most importantly, it's less than a ten-minute walk to Sydney University!

It is very convenient to go out for outings since it's close to the train station; anyway, the train station here is just like the subway, really convenient. After school, everyone walks down the main road together, so I feel quite safe to this day, though of course, I would never go out alone at night. The facilities are not bad, and the apartment looks quite nice. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Wentworth building at Sydney University. The room is on the side not close to the train station tracks, so there's no noise, which is great. The internet speed is okay, no issues. I live in a 5-person en-suite, and the room has quite enough storage space. The only downside is that the windows don't have screens; it’s already cold now so I haven’t seen any bugs in the house, but I’m worried about bugs in the summer.
