Fully equipped with a beautiful environment. The staff respond quite quickly. The lobby usually isn’t crowded, so there’s plenty of space to study alone. Apart from being a bit remote and a little far from USYD, there are hardly any drawbacks, but the upside is that it’s quiet.
Excellent, very student-friendly, and very safe. The apartment offers free breakfast, regularly holds events, and has 24-hour security around the clock, so there are no thefts or unauthorized intrusions. It is very safe.
Convenient living, good facilities, quiet at night, overall experience is quite good.
Facilities: New facilities, with a gym and breakfast, and a nice environment. Internet speed: The internet is very fast, with no issues gaming or browsing online. Soundproofing: The soundproofing is good, though there may be some noise from the hallway. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Location: Transportation is quite convenient, with a supermarket and train station right next door.
Much quieter than in the city—you can barely hear police cars or trains, and there aren’t any mysterious teens yelling at night. There’s an IGA nearby, but the prices are higher than at Coles and Woolworths. The room is small but fine for normal daily life. The hot water comes quickly, but the internet speed is average—you can play games, but videos often buffer.
The room facilities are very complete, and the train station is right across from the apartment. The apartment offers free breakfast with a wide variety of options. Events are held every month, and you can choose to join the ones you’re interested in. The front desk staff are very welcoming and resolve issues quickly.
The room is fully equipped. The corner room I stayed in had slightly poor soundproofing, but transportation is convenient and it is very close to the supermarket. Utilities and internet are all included, and there is also free breakfast on weekday mornings. Overall, it is very good.
Very good and very satisfied. The room is great, and it is also close to the school. There is a supermarket downstairs, making shopping very convenient.
Overall, it's pretty good, but the Wi-Fi can be a bit laggy. As for the apartment, I recommend choosing a first-floor room on the west side near the inner courtyard garden.
The room is not quite spacious, but it's enough for one person. The staff are very friendly and respond quickly to solve problems. Both deliveries and takeouts are securely guaranteed. Entering and exiting requires a card swipe, ensuring safety.

It's pretty good, especially with flexible lease terms and a lot of activities. I suggest just living in a regular one; there’s no need for premium. Renting a place where the window faces directly opposite to another window can be quite awkward.

I rented at IGLU Summer Hill Student Accommodation for 50 weeks, and the rental period provided by the apartment was very suitable for me. This apartment is just a three-minute walk from Summer Hill subway station, and it takes about half an hour by subway plus walking to get to USYD (it takes about the same time to get to UTS). There are supermarkets and restaurants near the apartment. The apartment offers study rooms, but there aren't many, so they need to be shared. The rooms have a long rectangular structure, with decent lighting and ventilation.
