Opening the glass window is very inconvenient, the bathroom sink is small, the apartment does not provide elevator service, and there were no staff to help bring luggage to the third floor during check-in.

I am not satisfied. When I moved in, the door lock was broken, the mattress was dirty, the elevator was not working, and the WIFI couldn’t connect. After constantly urging them, they arranged a temporary room for me at around two in the morning on the first night. A few days passed, and no one handled my old room. After my repeated requests, they finally sent me a new deposit link, but the WIFI still has issues. There are a total of two WIFIs; one has never connected since I moved in, and the other frequently shows 'WIFI unavailable.' Moreover, the WIFI is not included in the rent. I haven't been able to connect to the WIFI all day, and it’s ridiculous that I have to use my own hotspot to sign a new deposit.
