Apartment: A tidy apartment with keycard access, very secure.

Interior: The entire apartment features wooden flooring, easy to maintain and clean. All three bedrooms are not street-facing, resulting in low noise levels. It includes a very large private yard. All three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (there are very few air-conditioned houses near UNSW).

Common Area Features: Leather sofa, coffee table, dining table, four dining chairs, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dryer, etc.

Bedroom Furniture: Bed, comfortable ergonomic mattress, desk, height-adjustable swivel chair, study lamp, wardrobe, nightstand, bedside lamp, and portable air conditioner.

Master Bedroom (Room 1): Large bedroom accommodating 1-2 people, with its own private bathroom.

Second Bedroom (Room 2): Standard single room size, suitable for 1 person.

Third Bedroom (Room 3): Smaller single room, suitable for 1 person, equipped with a lofted bed and desk; the bed is a standard single size, with space underneath for ample movement.

Location and Transportation

Located behind the main street of Anzac Parade, nearby there are numerous restaurants and supermarkets. Many restaurants, beverage shops, banks, and post offices are conveniently available, including an IGA supermarket and several Asian grocery stores.

It’s a 6-minute walk to the UNSW main campus and a 5-minute walk to the UNSW Foundation building.

Just a 2-minute walk to the light rail station, which takes 20-30 minutes to reach the city center. The light rail provides direct access to the city’s shopping streets and the Sydney Opera House, making transportation very convenient. Buses take 10-20 minutes to reach Coles supermarket and Eastgardens shopping center.

For check-ins on weekends, holidays, or other non-working times, please contact the apartment in advance for confirmation.

 

Short-Term Rental:

The current promotional rent is available for leases from January 3 to January 20, 2025, all bills included.

Long-Term Rental:

The current short-term rental rate applies until January 20, 2025; after that, the rent will be $1480 per week. The lease can be signed until early September 2025 or early February 2026. Long-term rental includes water but does not include electricity and internet, with free assistance for setup.

The three rooms (06401, 06402, 06403) can be rented separately.
Single rooms can only be leased until around January 3, 2025 - January 20, 2025, all bills included.
