Comprising a mixture of single rooms with shared bathrooms, single rooms with ensuite bathroom and twin/double occupancy rooms also with ensuite bathrooms, this property offers something for all budgets. Rooms are contained across 2 adjoining terrace houses and feature a shared garden and laundry facilities at the rear. Each property contains a shared kitchen, dining and living room for guests to mingle and socialise. Guests seeking more privacy can utilise the kitchenettes provided in each room. Please note that, in order for your booking to be confirmed, we will need you to complete some steps up to 3 days after we get in contact with you, otherwise your booking may get automatically cancelled. These requirements will include to fill in an application form and the advanced payment of the deposit. After this step, your booking will be confirmed and you will have to sign the contract and pay a bond (required by the Australian government) of 3 weeks rent, which will be refunded at the end of your stay. You have up until the arrival date to finish the paperwork online. Please also bear in mind that the landlord will ask you to pay weekly rents instead of monthly rents.
