It is close to the school and has complete supporting facilities. On the day of check-in, some people organized and became familiar with the apartment equipment. It was very considerate and the network speed was a little slow.

Cancellation Policy:
Once an occupancy agreement has been signed, the tenant must comply with the terms and conditions of the agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, the tenant must pay the rental due for the agreement term. If the tenant wants to cancel their agreement with Castle Student Accommodation, they will be required to find a replacement tenant to take over the agreement. This will incur a cancellation/administration fee of 1 week's rent.
No Visa, No Entry Policy:
The tenant may also cancel an agreement without charge as part of Castle's "No Visa, No Entry, No Offer, No Pay" option if they are:
1. Unable to secure an Australian Visa
2. Declined entry to their intended course of study in Australia.
Note: The cancellation request must include supporting documents and be received 4 weeks prior to their occupancy term commencement date.
