3. Inspection Recommendation

The apartment provider recommends that tenants inspect the property themselves or arrange for someone else to view it before booking. Any consequences resulting from booking without an inspection will be the tenant’s own responsibility.

4. Notice Period & Cancellation Policy

According to local tenancy regulations, tenants must notify the apartment provider of their intention to vacate and provide the exact move-out date at least 28 days before the lease end date (or according to the timeframe specified in the apartment rules/lease agreement).

Failure to provide notice within the required timeframe may result in consequences for which the tenant will be responsible.
