The rental process was also very smooth and convenient; the agent provided a lot of professional advice and guidance. The house is simply my dream home! Since my roommate and I went to Australia separately, the landlord was very considerate and helped deliver the keys. Overall, the experience was great.

Just across the street is Zetland's famous East Village, which offers a variety of restaurants and a Coles supermarket. It is a very convenient location for daily living.
