The overall experience of living in this house is quite good. The furniture is relatively new, and the configuration is quite complete. Basically, you don't need to add daily necessities yourself, and it's very convenient to move in with just your luggage.As for the internet speed, it's completely sufficient for daily use—watching dramas, having meetings, and attending online classes are all fine. Occasionally, if many devices are online at the same time, it may lag a little, but it doesn't affect normal usage.The sound insulation is average; you can hear a little bit of noise from the hallway or neighbors, but it's not too noisy, and resting at night is basically unaffected. Overall, the cost-performance ratio is good, and I recommend it to friends who have requirements for convenience in their lives.
