The partnership that Yixiang Haoku found in Sydney is simply beyond description for its poor quality, specifically naming J&E Service (now renamed Nutstay). I am currently in a situation where I need to seek legal intervention from the UNSW legal aid team. There is no professionalism or occupational quality whatsoever; besides collecting money, they are unable to provide any assistance as property managers for tenants. In short, no matter how much Yixiang Haoku touts their platform, my experience has been absolutely terrible. Negotiations with the staff of Yixiang Haoku have not led to any real apology from their partner or a proper resolution to the problem.
