Extremely terrible check-in experience, not informed that there would be noise over 70 decibels from the road at night. The refusal to repair wall cracks led to a cockroach invasion from the neighbors (and they refused to provide pest control). The curtains that were faulty upon check-in were reported and still have not been repaired a month later. However, the responses for collecting rent and payments were very prompt. Noise insulation, not to mention the outside, even the soundproofing with my roommate could only clearly determine if they were on a call or just walking around. Also, be sure to prepare for issues with ugly carpets, pests, and difficult cleaning that come with the whole house carpet. It is recommended to inspect the property after a short-term rental before committing to a long-term lease to avoid being stuck in an unfavorable situation.
