Short-Term Rental:
Before January 20, discounted short-term rental prices are available. The deposit is two weeks' rent, including water, gas, and electricity. The entire apartment is $1100 per week, with three rooms available for rent at $480, $370, and $300 respectively.
Long-Term Rental:
Until January 20, 2025, the rent will remain at the current short-term rate. After that, the rent will revert to the normal price of $1600 per week, with a lease term of up to one year. The deposit is four weeks' rent, including water, and free assistance for setting up gas, electricity, and internet is provided.

The study area is equipped with a large desk, height-adjustable swivel chair, professional study lamp, and practical bookshelf, creating a comfortable and focused study space that allows you to fully engage in your studies at home. The living room features a comfortable sofa, coffee table, and dining table with chairs, providing a pleasant space for relaxation and entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and oven, catering to your culinary needs. Additionally, we provide a washing machine for your convenience, allowing you to enjoy hassle-free living.
Cleanliness:
We promise that every tenant will receive professional cleaning upon move-out to ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the property. To enhance your living experience, we will provide new or cleaned mattress protectors to guarantee the cleanliness of your bedding.
