Until January 20, 2025, the rent will remain at the current short-term rate. After that, the rent will revert to the normal price of $1600 per week, with a lease term of up to one year. The deposit is four weeks' rent, including water, and free assistance for setting up gas, electricity, and internet is provided.

Cleanliness:
We promise that every tenant will receive professional cleaning upon move-out to ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the property. To enhance your living experience, we will provide new or cleaned mattress protectors to guarantee the cleanliness of your bedding.
