A clean environment, tidy and comfortable, suitable for living.
The dormitory has just been built, and the facilities are quite complete, but the internet often has issues.
The package includes utility fees, the room is small but cozy, and there are currently no major issues, though the internet occasionally disconnects.
There are staff at the front desk 24 hours a day! The public areas are also very tidy. As for the rooms, it depends on the orientation; some rooms have a lot of bugs, but you can ask the front desk for insecticides. The gym and other facilities are complete (a bit small), but with this price being close to the school, what more could you want? The internet is slow, the speed is really slow, but the data is sufficient, so it's still okay. The soundproofing is decent, but it can't block out the sounds of someone playing games and yelling at 2 a.m. There's nothing you can do about it.
