Spacious and convenient transportation, with many good places to eat close to Newtown.
Very good, the service is enthusiastic, and the facilities are complete.
The basement is undergoing renovation with electric drills every few days, the facilities are old, and the bathroom floor tiles are not anti-slip at all. The apartment manager only shirks responsibility, postponing your requests, and your takeout is often stolen. The nearby blocks have many homeless people. Most importantly: the contract does not allow for breach!! Avoid this apartment.
