Please make careful decisions based on your individual circumstances. If any losses occur due to personal reasons, the consequences will be borne by the tenant themselves.
2. Regarding the change in apartment rent:

3. Apartment management disclaims responsibility. It is recommended to have someone else inspect the property before booking, otherwise, the consequences will be borne by the individual.
4. According to local rental laws, you must notify the apartment management at least 28 days (or the time limit specified in the apartment rules/contract) before the lease term ends, indicating whether you will terminate the lease and the exact date of moving out. If no timely response is provided within the required timeframe, the resulting consequences will be borne by the individual.
