For short-term stays of less than 4 weeks, an additional AUD 50 bedding fee will be charged. Short Booking Fee: Any booking of less than 28 days will incur a one-off AUD 100 charge, payable with the deposit payment. Non-refundable deposit payment of 2-weeks rent plus booking fee is required to secure a booking. This payment will cover the first 2 weeks rental of your stay at Link2.
In addition to the deposit a prepayment of the last 4 full rental weeks is required (or payment of the booking in full if the booking is less than 6 weeks in total). The prepaid rent will be credited to the final 28 days rental due for your booking at Link2.

Risk Notice:
In recent years, there have been cases in the rental market where tenants suffered losses due to paying a full year's rent in a single payment. To protect our clients' interests, none of the apartment buildings we cooperate with require a one-time payment of a full year's rent.
