Link2 Student Living provides affordable, fully furnished student accommodation designed specifically for international and domestic students studying in Sydney, with a range of Single and Twin Share rooms to suit different budgets and living preferences.
Students book a room type (Single or Twin Share Room) rather than a specific property, house, or bedroom. Property, house, and room allocations are confirmed one week prior to arrival and may change due to booking management requirements. All allocations remain within the booked room type.
Located in Sydney's education precinct, Link2 offers a safe, social, clean, and convenient living environment close to major universities, public transport, shopping, and entertainment.
Residents also enjoy access to fully equipped shared kitchens, communal lounge areas, and modern shared bathroom facilities, designed to support comfortable and convenient student living.
Link2 Student Living operates across two nearby Sydney CBD locations:
· George Street, Haymarket
· Harris Street, Ultimo
Both properties offer the same room types, inclusions, services, and standard of accommodation, and are centrally located within walking distance of UTS, the University of Sydney, TAFE NSW, Central Station, Chinatown, supermarkets, cafes, and public transport.

Single Room
Private furnished bedroom within a shared student apartment. Includes bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, study lamp, and bed linen.
Twin Share Room
Shared furnished bedroom within a shared student apartment, with separate beds and individual study spaces. Includes bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, study lamp, and bed linen.

Please Note:
Cleaning Fee: According to Australian tenancy agreement regulations, a cleaning fee will be incurred upon checking out of the student apartment. The specific amount is subject to the apartment's policy.
Subletting Fee: According to Australian tenancy agreement regulations, to sublet a student apartment, you must find a replacement tenant yourself and then complete the subletting procedures at the front desk. The subletting fee shall be borne by the person subletting, and the specific amount is subject to the apartment's front desk.
Certain apartment may require water, electricity, and internet to be activated in advance. Please contact the providers to set them up ahead of time in accordance with the apartment's regulations.
The minimum stay at Link2 is 2 weeks, making it an ideal choice for students with various course lengths.
For short-term stays of less than 4 weeks, an additional AUD 50 bedding fee will be charged. Short Booking Fee: Any booking of less than 28 days will incur a one-off AUD 100 charge, payable with the deposit payment. Please carefully review the emails and contracts sent by the apartment; the check-in time and location are subject to the apartment's official documentation. If you need to check in outside of business hours, please be sure to contact the apartment.
Non-refundable deposit payment of 2-weeks rent plus booking fee is required to secure a booking. This payment will cover the first 2 weeks rental of your stay at Link2.
In addition to the deposit a prepayment of the last 4 full rental weeks is required (or payment of the booking in full if the booking is less than 6 weeks in total). The prepaid rent will be credited to the final 28 days rental due for your booking at Link2.
Apartment prices and room availability are subject to change at any time. The specific rent price is subject to the final OFFER and contract sent by the apartment. If you need to check in during weekends, holidays, or other non-business hours, please contact the apartment in advance for confirmation.
Risk Notice:
In recent years, there have been cases in the rental market where tenants suffered losses due to paying a full year’s rent in a single payment. To protect our clients’ interests, none of the apartment buildings we cooperate with require a one-time payment of a full year’s rent. Please make your choice carefully based on your personal situation. Any losses caused by personal reasons shall be borne by the tenant.
Regarding changes in apartment rent:

Apartment disclaimer: It is recommended that you or someone on your behalf view the property before making a reservation. Otherwise, any consequences arising from not viewing the apartment in advance shall be borne by the tenant.
According to local tenancy laws, tenants must notify the apartment management at least 28 days before the end of the lease (or within the notice period specified by the apartment rules or contract) of their intention to move out and the exact move-out date. Failure to provide timely notice as required will result in consequences that must be borne by the tenant personally.
