Location: Very close to the school, about a 10-minute walk. The house is set back from the road, so it is relatively quiet. Service attitude: The service attitude is good, and messages are replied to promptly. House: The sound insulation is average. In winter, the room tends to get damp when the air conditioner is on, and the ventilation is average.

LIU**

The windows break very easily, the ceiling is bound to get moldy, there are tons of bugs, the curtains are basically useless, and for some reason the kitchen drain gets clogged—often the water still won’t drain even after an entire night. I recommend being fully mentally prepared before moving in.

YUHENG**

Soundproofing: Not very good; if the neighbors speak loudly, you can hear them. Internet speed: Unstable, but fine for daily use and watching videos. Cleanliness: Very clean when I moved in; the bathroom and living room are both tiled. Location: Close to UNSW, about a ten-minute walk to campus.

CHUNJUN**

The rented house is pretty good and is also very close to the school. The facilities are quite good.

The booking process went smoothly, and the customer service was very patient and helpful.
